概要
Hoho 3D 播放器不收集你的任何个人数据。App 不需要注册账号，没有广告，没有统计或跟踪，开发者也没有接收数据的服务器。App 使用的数据都留在你的设备上，除非你自己主动分享，例如用「共享文件」分享一个视频，或分享诊断文件。
App 在你的设备上使用的数据
- 照片图库：经你授权后以只读方式读取照片和视频（包括空间照片和空间视频），用于显示和播放，不会修改或上传。
- 你选择的文件和文件夹：只访问你主动选择的位置。
- NAS 和媒体服务器：App 只登录你选择的服务器：SMB，1.0.2 起还有 WebDAV 和你自己的 Emby、Jellyfin 服务器。视频直接在你的设备和服务器之间传输。服务器地址和用户名保存在 App 的设置中，密码保存在系统钥匙串中，都只在本机；Emby、Jellyfin 不保存密码，只保存登录后服务器发给这台设备的令牌，也在系统钥匙串中。连接是否加密由你在添加服务器时选择；没有加密（HTTP）时，账号和视频在你的网络上以明文传输，App 会在表单里说明。
- 查找网络服务器：只有在你点「查找网络服务器」时，App 才会在局域网里寻找文件服务器：接收 Bonjour 广播，短暂检查局域网内的地址是否提供文件共享（445 端口），并通过你网络的 DNS 查询有回应的服务器的名称。这些信息都不会发送给我们。
- 首页的联系方式：首页底部的交流群联系方式来自本网站上的一个公开小文件（contact.json）。App 在显示首页时读取它，每隔几小时最多一次；本网站打不开时，改从 jsDelivr 镜像读取同一个文件。读取时不会发送任何关于你的信息；和打开任何网页一样，托管网站的服务商（GitHub、jsDelivr）会看到你的网络地址。
- AI 3D：完全在设备上运行，使用 App 自带的模型，画面不会离开你的设备。
- 设置和播放进度：例如续播位置，保存在本机。
- 免费试看记录：为了保证每个视频免费试看（1.0.2 起是 2 分钟，之前是 10 秒）的公平，App 会在本机的系统钥匙串中保存一份很小的记录：试看过的文件的哈希标识和已用的试看秒数。它不会离开设备，删除 App 后可能仍会保留。
- 技术日志：为了排查问题，App 在本机保存一份运行日志，记录 App 和系统版本、语言和地区、你使用的界面和按钮、播放事件和错误，以及它们发生的时间；视频和服务器只以简短的哈希标识出现，不记录名称或地址，但系统报告的错误信息偶尔可能包含文件或文件夹名称。日志保存在 App 的私有存储中，不参与设备备份，也不会自动发送。只有当你在「设置 > 诊断」中点「准备导出诊断文件」，再点「分享诊断文件」时，由你决定发给谁，例如发到我们的支持邮箱；我们只用它来处理你的问题。
购买
订阅和购买由 Apple 通过 App Store 处理，我们收不到你的付款信息。App 通过 Apple 的 StoreKit 确认你的购买状态。Apple 如何处理这些数据，请见 Apple 的隐私政策。
第三方
App 不包含任何第三方分析、广告或跟踪组件，也不与任何第三方分享数据。
数据保留与删除
- 删除 App 会移除它保存的设置、播放进度和日志。
- NAS 密码和媒体服务器的登录令牌保存在系统钥匙串中，在 App 中「移除服务器」时会一并删除；移除 Emby、Jellyfin 服务器时，App 还会通知服务器注销这次登录。如果要删除 App，建议先移除服务器。
- 免费试看记录保存在系统钥匙串中，删除 App 后可能仍会保留，只用于试看额度。
我们不持有你的任何数据。如果你曾把诊断文件发给我们，可以随时发邮件要求删除。如有疑问，欢迎联系我们。
儿童
App 不以儿童为对象，也不收集任何人的个人数据。
变更
本政策如有变更，会在本页更新，并修改生效日期。

Hoho 3D Player Privacy Policy

Summary
Hoho 3D Player collects none of your personal data. There is no account to create, no advertising, no analytics or tracking, and no developer server that receives data. What the app uses stays on your device unless you share it yourself, for example a video with Share File, or a diagnostic file.
Data the app uses on your device
- Photos library: with your permission, photos and videos (including spatial photos and videos) are read, never modified or uploaded, to show and play them.
- Files and folders you choose: only the locations you select.
- NAS and media servers: the app signs in only to servers you choose: SMB and, from version 1.0.2, WebDAV and your own Emby or Jellyfin server. Video streams directly between your device and your server. Server addresses and user names are saved in the app's settings and passwords in the system keychain, all on your device; for Emby and Jellyfin no password is kept, only the token the server issues to this device when you sign in, also in the system keychain. Whether a connection is encrypted is your choice when you add a server; without encryption (HTTP) your account and your videos cross your network unprotected, and the form says so.
- Find Network Servers: only when you tap Find Network Servers, the app looks for file servers on your local network: it listens for Bonjour announcements, briefly checks addresses on your local network for file sharing (port 445), and looks up the names of servers that answer through your network's DNS. None of this is sent to us.
- Contact line on the home page: the community contact details at the bottom of the home page come from a small public file on this website (contact.json). The app reads it when the home page shows, at most every few hours; if this website can't be reached, it reads the same file from the jsDelivr mirror. Nothing about you is sent; as with opening any web page, the hosting services (GitHub, jsDelivr) see your network address.
- AI 3D: runs entirely on your device with models included in the app; no frame leaves your device.
- Settings and playback positions: for example where to resume, kept on your device.
- Free preview record: to keep the free preview per video (2 minutes from version 1.0.2, 10 seconds before) fair, the app keeps a small record in the system keychain on this device: hashed identifiers of the files you previewed and the preview seconds used. It never leaves the device and may remain after you delete the app.
- Technical log: to help troubleshoot, the app keeps a log on your device with the app and system versions, language and region, the screens and controls you use, playback events and errors, with their times; videos and servers appear only as short hashed identifiers, never as names or addresses, although error messages reported by the system can occasionally include a file or folder name. The log is kept in the app's private storage, excluded from device backups, and never sent automatically. Only if you choose Settings > Diagnostics > Prepare diagnostic export and then Share diagnostic file do you decide where it goes, for example to our support email; we use it only to answer your request.
Purchases
Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store; we never receive your payment details. The app confirms your purchase status through Apple's StoreKit. For Apple's handling of this data, see Apple's Privacy Policy.
Third parties
The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking components and shares no data with any third party.
Retention and deletion
- Deleting the app removes its settings, playback positions and log.
- NAS passwords and media-server sign-in tokens live in the system keychain and are deleted when you choose "Remove Server" in the app; for an Emby or Jellyfin server the app also asks the server to end that sign-in. Remove your servers before deleting the app.
- The free preview record lives in the system keychain, may remain after the app is deleted, and is used only for the preview allowance.
We hold none of your data. If you ever sent us a diagnostic file, email us at any time to have it deleted. Questions are always welcome.
Children
The app is not directed to children and collects no personal data from anyone.
Changes
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
